SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship to?

Almost everywhere! However the website is set up to easily service those in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. If your country isn't listed, send us a message and we can work out a shipping rate to allow you to purchase your items.


When will my item be shipped?

Most in-stock items will be dispatched within 5 business days (as some need a little finishing touch before being packaged up for you). Made-to-order and print-to-order item dispatch times are in the product descriptions.


How long will shipping take?

These are the estimated shipping times provided by the carrier, however please understand that weather, pandemics, and public holidays can cause postal delays, so please order with plenty of time before and deadlines.

Australia: 1-6 business days, depending on your postcode
New Zealand: 7-12 business days
United Kingdom: 10-15 business days
United States: 10-15 business days
Canada: 15-25 business days

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

I changed my mind. What can I do?

It's important that you LOVE your products, so if you're considering exchanging or returning, we're happy to do so if the item is in it's original, unused condition, including any dust-bags that were included in the packaging.

You'll need to email hello@togladyloot within 10 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Unless it's deemed that the item is faulty, return and re-posting costs will be at the customers expense.
