Sustainability


As consumers and small business owners we must be mindful of how our choices impact people and the planet. By this token, we think low quality products designed to be disposed so you can continue the cycle of wasteful consumption are utterly cringe-worthy!

Our products are designed to LAST and LAST and LAST again. We don't use "faux leather" which is often made from plastics which take years to biodegrade. If you've ever owned bags made from synthetic leather, you'll also know that they tend to scuff and wear, unlike real leather which develops character, but never loses it's integrity.

Wherever possible we use biodegradable packaging, opting for compostable satchels and cardboard boxes over unnecessary plastics. We also recycle packaging to create fill for our Tote Bag's shipping journeys (so they don't get all squished in their compostable mailer and arrive looking really sad).

Our products are designed on the Gold Coast in Australia, and made with consideration to ensuring makers are fairly paid and treated well. For full transparency here is a list of the makers that have been involved in the production of Tog Loot gear:
